Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. money888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Identity Verification
The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as a standard security measure, particularly when processing withdrawals above a certain threshold or where suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
User Responsibilities and Rules
Users of the money888 platform agree to comply with all of the following usage rules and are fully responsible for every action carried out through their account.
- Not use the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or system manipulation.
- Not attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the technical functions of the platform in any way.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances associated with fraudulent activity, and legal action where necessary.
Payments, Deposits and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the money888 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and local digital wallets such as TNG eWallet.
Deposit Policy
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time. All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. money888 is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account whose registered name matches the name on your money888 account. This is a mandatory security measure to protect user funds. Processing times are typically between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.
Taxes and Charges
Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by the relevant authorities on winnings or transactions made through the platform. money888 does not withhold or collect taxes on behalf of users.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

To the fullest extent permitted by law, money888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical errors, data loss, or financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software code, and materials on the money888 platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of these materials without prior written consent.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. money888 has no control over the content of those external sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, security, or content. Access to third-party websites is at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Money888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure of identity verification, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases where a suspension is confirmed to be erroneous, any valid balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the platform's standard policy once all security checks have been completed.
Changes to Terms
Money888 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or in-platform notification at least three days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after such changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this document shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
